Mark brings nearly two decades of expertise in full-service custom home development, construction software development, and finance to the high-end residential market. Known for his comprehensive oversight from acquisition to move-in, he serves as the primary contact for each project.
His hands-on approach propels unique, leading-edge sustainable projects and ensures they are delivered with speed, quality, and control—minimizing headaches and maximizing client value. With lifelong roots in the Los Altos region, Mark has deep knowledge of local real estate, ordinances, challenges, and logistics, enabling him to navigate complex regulatory landscapes and leverage an extensive professional network effectively.
Mark is a licensed General Contractor (CA), Licensed Real Estate Salesperson (CA), Certified Build It Green Building Professional, and holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Finance.
